[KLOVER III] – Environmental Concerns in Dubai – Recycling in School

전 세계적으로 쓰레기 배출양과 오염 등으로 인해 환경이 파괴되고 있다. 그중 아랍에미레이트는 낮은 재활용률과 높은 배출률을 보이는 나라 중 하나이다. 생활 폐기물의 재활용이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 거주자 인식과 재활용 참여가 활발하지 못하고 있다. 하여, 정부와 단체들은 재활용에 관하여 환경 정책들을 마련하고 있다. 이 다큐멘터리는 학교와 학생들이 환경 문제에 어떻게 대처하고 있는지에 대해 설명하고 있다.

The environment is being destroyed worldwide due to the amount of waste discharged and different pollution. The United Arab Emirates is one of the countries with a low recycling rate and high emission rate. Recycling of household waste is not being carried out properly, and residents’ awareness and participation in recycling are not being actively carried out. Thus, governments and organizations are developing environmental policies on recycling. This documentary specifically explores how schools and students are dealing with environmental issues.
